1 ½ oz. Tito’s vodka
½ oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
2 oz. Beet juice
¼ oz. Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Pour into shaker without ice and shake until frothy. Pour into Martini glass.
