Blonde Negroni

1 oz. Dogfish Head gin
½ oz. Cocchi American White aperitif
½ oz. Dry vermouth
1 oz. Bonal Gentiane-Quina
2 drops Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 50 revolutions and strain into a single malt rocks glass over 1 cube. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
