Citrus Burst

2 parts Basil Hayden’s bourbon
¾ part Grapefruit juice
½ part Lemon juice
½ part Simple syrup
1 spoonful Apricot or orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice, shake and strain over a large ice cube in rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh herb.
