Cuban Winter Cocktail

1 ½ oz. Bacardi 8 rum
½ oz. Apricot liqueur
¾ oz. Lemon
¾ oz. Maple syrup
3 Sage leaves

Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into Collins glass with ice. Top with lemon disc and sage leaf.
