Boston-based grad student Katie Stryjewski started the Garnish blog in March 2015 as way to learn more about spirits and cocktails and also keep track of her favorite recipes. Garnish includes the history of classic and modern cocktail history, with information on storied bars and bartenders. Drink recipes and details are organized by major spirit category; Garnish also features a few recipes for bar snacks. The site offers helpful information such Bottle Buys (and bottle swaps with fellow bloggers), Bar School and Product Guides.
