1 ½ oz. Clear Creek apple brandy
½ oz. Green Chartreuse
¾ oz. Bee Local honey water
½ oz. Lemon juice
4 Medium-sized blackberries
6 Dashes plum bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake well and pour into a double rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and mint leaf.
