1 oz. Blended Scotch
¾ oz. Pear brandy
¼ oz. Birch snaps
½ oz. Maple syrup
¼ oz. Lemon juice
1 ½ oz. Apple cider
1 tsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
Muddle ginger with maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary and ginger.
