2 parts Bayou Silver rum
1 part Fresh lime juice
½ part Maple syrup
2 dashes Hellfire bitters
Pilsner
Combine ingredients (except pilsner) and shake with ice. Strain into rocks glass with ice and top with pilsner. Garnish with lime wheel and grated nutmeg.
