Sleeping Bear

2 oz. James Oliver whiskey
1 oz. Sage and honey syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
Splash of soda OR hot water

Combine whiskey, syrup and juice and shake. Pour into glass with ice and add a splash of soda and water. Garnish with a lemon peel.
