Smoked Apple

1 ½ oz. Boardroom Spirits A, apple brandy
¾ oz. Mezcal
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. Maple syrup
3 dashes Walnut bitters

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice.
