1 ½ parts Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition whiskey
½ parts Ginger syrup
¾ parts Lemon juice
2 parts IPA beer
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients except beer in a mixing tin. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top up with beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
