Wolf in Lamb’s Clothing

1 ½ oz. Gin
½ oz. Honey syrup
½ oz. Lemon juice
Lambrusco, to top

Combine gin, syrup and lemon juice and shake. Double strain into a coupe. Top with lambrusco, garnish with lemon peel.
