With March 17 falling on a Saturday this year, there’s no excuse for not going out and celebrating. Be ready for guest revelry and have a few signature green drinks on deck. Here are some ideas.
The Green Goblin
2 oz. Silver tequila
¾ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice and zest
½ oz. Serrano syrup
Pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp. Cilantro
2 tbsp. Cucumber slices
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Double strain into a Martini glass and garnish with cucumber ribbon.

1 ½ oz. Matcha tea infused Dewar’s Scotch whisky
¾ oz. Umeshu Japanese Plum Liqueur
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Aquafaba
¼ oz. Matcha tea syrup
½ a Star anise
Lightly muddle star anise inside the shaker, add rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain in a coupe glass. Garnished with matcha tea dust.

1 ½ oz. Midori liqueur
1 oz. Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey
½ oz. Irish cream liqueur
Shake and strain over ice into a double Old Fashioned glass. Top with homemade whipped cream and fresh mint garnish.

1 ½ oz. Tequila blanco
½ oz. Salers aperitif
½ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Vanilla bean simple syrup
½ oz. Celery juice
Fever Tree tonic water
Combine ingredients and short shake with 3 Kold Draft ice cubes. Strain into glass with Kold Draft ice and top with tonic and 3 celery ribbons.

The Lucky Leprechaun
1 ½ parts Reyka vodka
½ part Passoa passion fruit liqueur
½ part Blue Curacao
1 ½ parts Kiwi Perfect Puree
½ part Fresh lemon juice
½ part Simple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Shake, double strain, and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.

½ oz. Matcha power mixed with water (1 to 1)
¼ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Cloudy apple juice

¾ parts Lemon juice
