The newest flavored vodka from Svedka plays into an uber-popular wine trend: Svedka Rosé.
Made with 5% rosé wine, Svedka Rosé will be available nationwide beginning February 2019 (varies by market) in 50-ml. (SRP $1.99), 375-ml. ($6.99), 750-ml. ($12.99), 1-L ($16.99) and 1.75-L ($21.99).
“Approaching the spring and summer months, we’re excited to launch Svedka Rosé, which aims to give both vodka and rosé fans a fresh take on their favorite drink,” says Carl Evans, Svedka Vodka’s VP of brand marketing.
Svedka Rosé’s advertising creative features taglines such as, “Vodka with a Wine Fetish,” and “Not Wine, Not Sorry.” These ads will start to appear as early as January 2019 in print and digital platforms, including online and social media advertising.
Svedka Rosé opens with fruit aromas and flavors of strawberry and pineapple, the company says, complemented by notes of hibiscus. This is the first flavor that Svedka will introduce in clear glass bottle packaging, in order to showcase the pink liquid, the company says.
