1 ½ oz. The Botanist gin
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. Fino sherry
½ oz. Simple syrup
2-5 Strawberries (halved)
5-7 Mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint leaves or halved strawberry.
