Forbidden Root

1 ½ oz. Lemon-peel infused New Amsterdam vodka
¾ oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
½ oz. Red beet juice
½ oz. Apple juice
2-inch rosemary sprig

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
