2 figs
¼ oz. Honey
2 oz. Catskill Provisions NY honey rye whiskey
1 egg white
Juice of half a lemon
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Muddle the fig and honey in a cocktail tin. Add all other ingredients and ice and shake. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
