1 ½ oz. Don Ciccio Finocchietto
1 oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Honey syrup
¼ oz. Aquafaba
¼ tsp. Matcha green tea
Combine all ingredients together into shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Double strain into tea cup and garnish with bee pollen.
