1 ½ oz. Cardhu 12 year old Scotch
½ oz. Bulleit barrel strength bourbon
¼ oz. Averna Amaro
3 oz. Hot fresh Bartlett pear juice
½ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Honey
1 dash Angostura bitters
Mulled spices
Add all ingredients into an espresso tin and wand until fully hot, fine strain, and garnish with sliced pear.
