1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
1 ½ oz. Grapefruit-infused blue peaflower tea syrup
¾ oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Pasteurized egg white
Combine all ingredients into a tin with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with 3 lavender sprigs.
